This dual-action gel is designed to treat a wide range of bacterial skin infections, burns, ulcers, and chronic wounds, offering both rapid microbial clearance and tissue repair support.

🧬 Mechanism of Action:

Gentamicin:

• Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit.
• Results in bacterial cell death, with efficacy against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive organisms.
• Reduces bacterial load within 24–48 hours.

Collagen Base:

• Acts as a bioactive scaffold to support fibroblast proliferation, angiogenesis, and epithelialization.
• Enhances overall tissue recovery, reduces scarring, and improves skin texture.
