Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at aaruxpharma@yahoo.co.in.
- Once the order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the full order amount will be refunded.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be issued only in cases where:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product is delivered (not the one you ordered).
- The product is found to be defective.
If you are unable to receive the product due to delivery issues that are our responsibility.

Refunds, if eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

- Damaged or Defective Products:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost.

- Returned products should be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, receipts, and other included items.
4. Cancellation of Subscription Plans
- If you subscribe to any recurring plan or subscription-based service, you may cancel the subscription at any time by emailing us at aaruxpharma@yahoo.co.in.
- If you cancel mid-month, you will not be charged for the following month, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current month.
5. Refund Exceptions
- We do not offer refunds for:
- Products returned after the 7-day period.
- Products that are not in original condition or packaging.
- Services already used or consumed.
